Stephanie Ong

Stephanie is a managing partner of Wynn Ward Howell, leading the operations for both executive search and organizational development training.

She studied marketing and design management at Parsons the New School for Design in Paris, which led her to a career in organizing events for Lancôme and other luxury brands when she moved back to the Philippines in 2008. In 2010, she joined Rite Brain Teaser, a team building and corporate events company, as their Chief of Sales and Marketing. In 2012, Stephane joined her family’s business in Myanmar as the Philippine country director, helping liaise between the Yangon and Manila offices. This opportunity allowed her to venture into talent acquisition at the Yangon franchise of Wynn Ward International. In 2017, Stephanie worked as the marketing director of Artisanal Works, a bespoke design suite in Manila that produced distinctive jewelry pieces.
