Tiny Guidotti

Tiny is a managing partner of Wynn Ward Howell, leading the operations for both executive search and organizational development training.

She started her career in IBM Philippines as a marketing assistant. She transitioned into a leadership role by serving as the Retail Head for Operations for Royal Sporting House, Inc., and later on as the Research and Marketing Manager for Product Development for Barclays Philippines. Tiny then served as the Chief Operating Officer of Arrakis Oggetti, where she handled prominent brands such as Alessi, Barovier and Tosso, and Artemide lights. She then worked as the Managing Partner of Ultimate Gifts and Adventure and Right Brain Teasers, a team building and training company. Most recently, Tiny served as the Chief Operating Officer of Artisanal Works, Inc., a bespoke design suite in Manila that produced distinctive jewelry pieces.
